Job description

Empower Physical Therapy, a well-regarded and expanding practice in Northwestern Montana, is seeking a therapist that is dedicated to improving the quality of life for members of our community.

Empower PT was founded in 2021 as a mobile practice to provide outpatient treatments to patients in their homes. We serve Libby, Troy and the surrounding areas. Our philosophy places the patient at the center of care, delivering high quality, evidence-based treatments that are specific to each patient's unique needs.

We will be opening a traditional outpatient clinic in the coming months to provide more treatment options for our patients.

Benefits of joining Empower PT:
Work / Life Balance - Full time opening is for 36-40 hours/week.
Part time opening is for 24+ hours/week.
Your choice of setting - in home, in clinic, or a mixture of both.
Flexible schedule - you choose the days and hours you want to work.
Consistency of care - we want to achieve the best outcomes and build the strongest relationships with our patients, so each therapist has their own patient caseload from evaluation to discharge.
Small practice locally and privately owned - no corporate structure to deal with, open door policy to have your thoughts and concerns heard and addressed in a timely manner.
There is opportunity for therapists to specialize in their desired area of practice and bring their skills to the team and the community!
