Job description

TGG, The Garrett Group, seeks a dynamic mid-level professional to join our team as a Mission Partner Integration Specialist, focusing on Global Strike Operations. This position is crucial in supporting USSTRATCOM J7's initiatives, covering a spectrum of responsibilities from day-to-day activities to crisis management and Tier 1 exercises. The successful candidate will be tasked with drafting, refining, and disseminating Strategic, Campaign, and Crisis Planning Assessments, drawing insights from a variety of sources including intelligence reports, open-source data, after-action reports, and input from relevant stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum 12 years of experience in global strike operations. Proficient in all facets of assigned mission areas, including planning, operations, mission systems, advocacy, assessments, and associated processes. Responsibilities: Monitor global responses to bomber operations to evaluate effectiveness. Maintain situational awareness of ongoing operations and future planning endeavors. Collaborate with contacts in the bomber community to gather necessary information for assessments. Formulate recommendations for future planning initiatives. Present assessment findings to relevant stakeholders. Assist in maintaining internal databases for tracking past, present, and future operations. Qualifications: Thorough understanding of all levels of bomber operations, encompassing execution, planning, policy, and logistics. Familiarity with Continuous Bomber Presence and Bomber Task Force operations, along with associated challenges. Ability to analyze current and future bomber operations effectively. Knowledge of upcoming bomber capabilities. Established network within the bomber community to facilitate information gathering for assessments. Prior experience in staff tours, mission planning, or air room operations is advantageous. Experience with multiple airframes preferred.
