Position Description Serco is seeking a Sr. Joint All Domain C2 (JADC2) to join our Team: Hybrid or Remote work is an option! The JADC2 SME will be a part of the Serco WBB Consultant (SWC) group. SWC provides subject matter expertise, solutions, and support to a wide range of DoD (Air & Space Force, Navy, Army, Missile Defense Agency) and non-DoD (DHS, HHS) government customers. Within DoD, we provide analytics capabilities for the sustainment of existing and development/fielding of next generation capabilities and provide cyber resiliency exercise support and JADC2 TTP development. This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain your active TS/SCI Level Security Clearance. The JADC2 SME will join the SWC's highly qualified interdisciplinary consultants delivering high quality solutions to complex issues for a variety of federal civilian and defense customers. The SME will be a full-time employee who will provide a full range of JADC2, operations, and Cyber expertise. You will be expected to support a wide variety of projects including working for and with a variety of DoD, Federal, and corporate customers. You will interface with customers on a regular basis to develop project requirements, collaborate and work on integrated teams, and to brief, defend, and support project results. Must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers. You will work in close collaboration with senior government and commercial customers providing consultation, recommendations, and support. You must also have excellent listening as well as oral and written communication skills and be able to collaborate with customers and colleagues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Serve as a JADC2 subject matter expert, with an emphasis on cyber resiliency, working on project teams with other consultants representing multi-disciplinary skillsets Provide Tactical Data Link (TDL) expertise for cyber resilience and C2 exercise planning and execution Plan and execute mission-based cyber risks assessments and cyber-attack path analysis Contribute to the development of a variety of technical documents requiring C2 best practices and cyber content Develop customer briefings and support meetings Support bid and proposal efforts involving C2, TDL, and cyber resilience expertise Contribute to customer engagement and business development efforts to expand JADC2 support to Air Force and other DoD customers. Educate and influence stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams on effective solutions and best practices Qualifications To be successful in this role, you shall have: Active TS/SCI Bachelor's degree 7 years of operational C2 experience required 10 years preferred Demonstrated experience planning Tactical Data Links (TDL) Experience with data link gateways, including Scalable Portable Interface Datalink Router, Air Defense System Integrator, Joint Range Extension, Gateway Manager, and Link Monitoring Management Tool Working knowledge of Department of Defense IT and Cybersecurity policies, instructions, directives, and technical guidance, including Cyber Test & Evaluation Experience with developing, analyzing, and/or testing Joint C2 and security architectures Working knowledge of critical technology protection Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Ability to work in a highly dynamic, complex, and deadline-intensive environment Excellent writing and oral communication skills Innovative with driven work ethic C4ISR expertise Ability to travel up to 15% Even better with: Master's degree 10 years of operational C2 experience USAF Weapon School Graduate Active duty military experience or Federal Government service preferred Company Overview Serco Inc.
