We are partnered with a law firm in the Omaha area that is looking for an experienced and compassionate Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join their team and help their clients seek the justice and compensation they deserve.

Job Description:

As a Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in handling medical malpractice cases. They are open to candidates with 5 years of legal experience.

Your role will involve:


  • Conducting thorough case assessments and investigations
  • Filing legal claims and representing clients in court
  • Negotiating settlements with insurance companies or opposing parties
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with a team of legal professionals

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should have the following qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in the state of NE
  • 5 years of experience in medical malpractice law
  • Strong litigation skills, including some courtroom experience
  • Exceptional research and legal writing abilities
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to seeking justice for your clients
