Job description

The Garrett Group is seeking candidates to provide scientific and technical analysis along with supporting documentation, including written summaries and presentations. This role supports the Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) by advocating through the Department of Defense (DoD) and USSTRATCOM governance structures. The aim is to enhance the operational readiness and effectiveness of the Joint Force's ability to conduct JEMSO. Duties and Responsibilities: The EMS Management Coordinator will advise and assist with drafting and coordination of EMS policies and procedures, providing technical support to USSTRATCOM Policy, Plans, and Procedures, Strategic Instructions, orders, and network operational procedures. The contractor is responsible for comprehensive assessments and evaluations of electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) program goals and objectives and will participate in National Spectrum Strategy studies to provide a basis for long-range planning and directly support the JEC's mission of increasing JEMSO readiness. Personnel Qualifications: Minimum: Education: Air Force Spectrum Operations Course (SOAC) course # 3D1X4 or Army Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager course # 4C-SI5D/201-25E30 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) manager Technical Skills: Proficiency with Spectrum 21 (SXXI) Proficiency with the GMESIS toolset Preferred Qualifications: Education: Air Force Spectrum Operations Course (SOAC) course # 3D1X4 or Army Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager course # 4C-SI5D/201-25E30 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) manager Technical Skills: Proficiency with Spectrum 21 (SXXI) Proficiency with the GEMSIS toolset Your Well-Being Matters: At The Garrett Group, we put our team members first.
