What You'll Do
Looking for an opportunity to impact a global business on a regional or local level? You'll service Partner sites and support lines of business to deliver on performance and critical operational expectations. You'll also ensure operational goals are exceeded including facilitating the resolution of process and operational issues through cross-functional partnerships, managing highly escalated issues requiring communication to all levels of leadership. Looking for a role where you'll focus on continuous improvement through optimizing efficiencies? This is it.

You'll report to the VP. You'll impact the business through your client relationships, team building and leadership development.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Build capability by developing a strategy to support the design, customization, and delivery of leadership development programs
  • Partner with corporate resources to align global leadership strategies and technology solutions
  • Provide leadership and development to the leadership development team through the full lifecycle of the employee
  • Drive optimization of learning technology tools and manage the utilization of technology to link leadership learning initiatives to performance
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify performance needs and develop and implement strategies and tactics
  • Identify solutions and initiatives to create organization effectiveness.
  • Work effectively with consultants, vendors and professional resources to enhance organization capability

What You Bring to the Role

  • Either college degree and 4 years experience or 8 years experience without a college degree
  • Experience in working with management assessing, diagnosing, and developing interventions to align training initiatives with company strategies and values
  • Knowledge and sensitivity of diversity issues in training abilities to effectively deal with conflict and highly sensitive situations
  • Great consulting, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Significant organizational skills, attention to detail, and user knowledge of database systems
  • Ability to analyze results of behavioral assessment tools, experienced presenter and facilitator, and familiar with principles of adult learning
  • Possess contract negotiating capabilities to help build potential partnership needs to be able to bring staff and key influencers together to work in concert
