Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals. Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process. Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their submittal process. Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistical information, interview schedule and overall expectations. Assist and support the healthcare professional through the complete placement process - which includes submittal, interview, acceptance, compliance, travel, assignment, and retention. Support the internal Atlas departments through the employment/assignment process as needed. Actively listen and address questions in a professional and mature manner. Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets. Contribute to the Atlas brand by being a positive and respectful professional to your internal and external customers. Always be an Atlas ambassador and advocate. Required KSA's: Strong communication Great time management skills Negotiation skills and great decision-making Outstanding organizational ability A high level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee information. Problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts and activities accurately and effectively. Adaptable and flexible Ability to work with and/or without close supervision. Ability to maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with customers/vendors and employees at all levels of the company.
