Overview

AAA Life Insurance is hiring for licensed life insurance sales agents for our Simplified Issue Sales Unit (SISU)!

The SISU Sales Agent is responsible for the sale of AAA Life Insurance products in a high volume, fast paced call center environment. SISU Sales Agents primarily field inbound calls driven off direct mail and other marketing tactics while consistently leveraging our brand and commitment to create positive member sales experiences.



Responsibilities

  • Promotes the sale of AAA Life Insurance Simplified Issue products in a call-center environment, primarily via inbound calls. Facilitates sales conversations with prospective customers, explaining the benefits and features of AAA Life Insurance products and identifying best product fit(s) based on needs analysis discovery.
  • Submits appropriate and accurate life insurance applications, and all other applicable forms as necessary. Follows internal processing procedures to ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieves / exceeds established sales goals and other performance expectations as defined by management.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers, addressing their questions and concerns. Consistently leverages our brand and commitment to create a positive member sales experience.
  • Successfully completes training on all relevant AAA Life products and services. Stays updated on product changes and industry trends
  • Establishes high quality member relationships using informational resources and technical knowledge.


Qualifications

  • High School degree required; some college level coursework preferred.
  • Must possess current license to sell life insurance. Must also attain and maintain any life insurance sales licenses in all applicable states.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies and procedures and knowledge of various insurance products preferred.
  • Ability to work extended / irregular hours to include weekends. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Prior experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired
