Job description

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage and optimize maintenance operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic maintenance team and contribute to the efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of building and equipment maintenance, including repair, purchasing, and staff management.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted safely and efficiently, with a focus on proper staffing and training.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments to support a smooth workflow.
  • Stay informed on technological advancements and industry best practices to recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Manage parts purchasing and maintain an organized and clean work environment.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED required; further education from a trade school or college is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proven leadership and performance management abilities.
  • Experience with purchasing and inventory management is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
