Work you'll do Test and edit Java code to ensure a seamless user experience, following the direction of a Java Champion and JavaFX expert. Coordinate with back-end data and service layer leads to ensure cohesive integration and oversee the execution of the development team through scaled delivery. Edit existing code and designs as directed by the JavaFX Lead, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards. Develop front-end solutions that function seamlessly across different browsers, platforms, and devices, ensuring compliance with accessibility and security requirements. Engage in the full development cycle, working closely with the business team to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure alignment of Java development products with other Lead and direct the activities of junior development staff, providing guidance and mentorship to foster their professional growth and ensure high-quality deliverables. Qualifications Required: o Bachelor's degree required. o Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. o Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role. o Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve. o 10 + Years of experience in software development. Preferred: o Previous experience in consulting to civilian government agencies. o Previous experience as a consultant a large consulting firm. o 15 + Years of experience in software development.
