Job description

The Upmarket/Enterprise Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads from enterprise targets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to optimize our digital experience on the website and enhance our lead funnel.

What You'll Do

  • Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation and overall engagement
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target enterprise clients.
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies specifically targeting enterprise-level clients.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel, segment audiences, and track engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing strategy and sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and follow-up processes.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new lead generation opportunities.
  • A/B Testing : Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to optimize performance and increase conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, sales, marketing strategy, digital enablement teams and developers to ensure a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Agency Relationship Management: Work closely with Digital Agency to help support the online experience and create an optimal digital journey.

Who You Are

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.


Preferred

  • Experience with design tools (eg Figma) is a plus


USD 88 100.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
