Job Type Full-time Description What You'll Do: As the Security Administrator, you will join a large program security team supporting our Navy customer at NAS Fallon, NV. This will be a 100% on-site position. You will perform a variety of program security duties - each day will be different! For example: Assisting in the creation and routing of documentation/reports as they relate to security incidents that occur within the office
Maintaining applicable program directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines
Properly accounting for the control, transmitting, transporting, packaging, and safeguarding of protected material and documents
Assisting with certifying and receiving visitor clearances and access to secure spaces
Maintaining DISS to reflect personnel under sites' cognizance
Assisting with the oversight of program personnel, information, and physical and technical security actions and procedures
Providing technical assistance with the processing of eligibility requests Requirements Who You Are: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Formal post-secondary education is not required.
You have at least two 2 years of experience of relevant program security experience
You have demonstrated working knowledge of DISS, EPSQ/e-QIP
Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
You are interested in growing your career in the Security field
You are able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
You have professional and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
You take a proactive approach to your work and you're able to accomplish tasks with limited guidance and supervision
You have demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Your organizational skills are impressive, allowing you to effectively manage competing prioritiesPhysical Requirements: This position will require the ability to move between buildings outdoors and within the facility.
