Job Summary

This role involves tracking and managing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as phone times, agent follow-up, activation rates, and the number of contracted agents. You will play a crucial role in providing operational and administrative support while helping agents succeed in their business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Agent Success Manager and Marketer in achieving their sales and marketing goals.
  • Provide support to agents, including running life insurance illustrations, basic case underwriting, and case design.
  • Facilitate agent contracting and manage commission-level communications internally.
  • Make outbound calls to agents for marketing campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to gather product information, underwriting details, and sales support.
  • Provide marketing and sales support to agents/agencies and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Understand the carriers and products supported by your role and effectively communicate the advantages to agents.
  • Contribute to new product development and sales processes by offering input and support.
  • Meet weekly KPIs to align with company goals.
Skills & Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services (not required but preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience presenting sales and training materials in-person, over the phone, and in virtual meetings.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with phone-based communication and computers is essential.
  • Primarily in-office work with minimal travel required.
