Job description

_ Accelerated Learning Clinic & Academy is expanding! _We are a private school and clinic serving children and adolescents with Autism. Providing 1:1 and small group ABA as well as educational services. We offer a dynamic team of BCBA's and BCaBA's with strong support from our Leadership. We are seeking TEAM oriented clinicians for direct case supervision. We require small caseloads (4-5 Learner's) emphasizing quality over quantity.

No Travel or working late evenings or weekends required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field
BCBA or BCaBA Certification required
At least 2 years working with individuals with Autism or Developmental Disorders
1 year Supervisory experience preferred
Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with children on the autism spectrum
Must be able to pass a Background Check
Possess a Valid Driver's license

Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience with Catalyst or electronic data system, preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
