We are seeking a C2 Air Force Analyst Mid-Level to support our customer's operations in Las Vegas, NV. The effort performs evaluations of training considered critical to ensuring that deploying units are prepared to operate in complex environments. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance. Responsibilities: Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations; Conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity Working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with the evaluations Qualifications Essential Requirements: US Citizenship. Active TS/SCI. Required Experience: Preferably expertise specializing in USAF ISR/C2; however, experience with any other service ISR/C2 platform is acceptable Understanding of current service capabilities to include communication/tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of the evaluations Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the mission At least six (6) years of demonstrated relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher. Desired Experience: Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information Ability to evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results Training and certification as a PMP is highly recommended for individuals lacking desired military leadership experience At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant in combat Air Force.
