Client is seeking an Customer Service Coordinator for a temp-to-engage position in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves traveling to various locations within the city to provide backup services, including reception, mail shipping/receiving, production copy/print services, and printer maintenance. Flexibility and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and implementations at customer locations.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training.
  • Handle reception, mail services, and large-scale printing tasks.
  • Provide backup coverage for staff absences and vacations.
  • Ensure compliance with site procedures and safety standards.
  • Travel between locations and manage customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to cover multiple locations and varying schedules.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and basic math.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and diverse environments.
