The Sales Experience Coordinator will play a key role in the daily facilitation of activities for events related to the North America Sales team and their customers, including but not limited to event ticketing for Aristocrat Gaming. This position will collaborate cross-functionally and externally to help execute our sales event strategy and deliver the exceptional service our customers have come to expect from Aristocrat Gaming, the leading slot manufacturer. This role will serve as a key contributor within the Sales team, exhibiting precision and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple deliverables. Along with demonstrated organizational skills, qualified candidates will be solutions-oriented and creative as they help support events and experiences. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Experience, this role requires a self-starter with the desire and drive to develop their event management and administration skillsets in a positive and bustling team environment. This position is in our company headquarters in Summerlin, NV.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support for events and Sales organization
  • Govern the customer event experience program involving travel coordination, event transportation, hotel accommodations, welcome amenities, follow up appreciation gifts/notes, special occasion customer acknowledgements, event tracking, and additional needs where necessary
  • Communicating with internal and external customers on all event details, with oversight from Manager, Sales Experience and Sales leadership
  • Partner with marketing to ensure alignment on the customer event experience
  • Provide seamless execution of event and ticketing activities
  • Proactively identify needs and opportunities that impact the customer experience
  • Establish and build strong, collaborative internal relationships within the Sales organization, and various internal departments
  • Support Sales team onboarding with new hire needs, including but not limited to - Ordering IT equipment, tracking necessary training, corporate MasterCard set up, travel & expenses communication, and preparation of onboarding items
  • Coordinate and prepare business cards and name tags for current and new employees
  • Responsible for Sales team sponsorship processing - which includes approvals, submissions, and full circle follow up
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure positive employee experience for new hires, employee events, activities and conferences, with oversight from Manager, Sales Experience
  • Flexibility with respect to the demands and hours needed in this role and be willing and able to work evenings and weekends to support the Sales team
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • 1 year of applicable experience in event management and/or marketing
  • 3-5 years of experience building relationships with internal and external customers
  • Keen ability to assist Manager, Sales Experience in driving results and flawlessly executing event coordination
  • Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven organizational skills and high attention to details
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must exhibit the ability to plan, prioritize and demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent

Travel Expectations None

Pay Range $59,122 - $109,798 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
