JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U
S
Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II
JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges

JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team
This position will provide direct support to the overall recruitment function and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager
The primary duties of this role is to perform external sourcing for candidates in addition to assisting with administrative functions for the department
This position will contribute to the team's success and achievement of recruitment, marketing, and social media objectives
Occasional travel is required
Please note, this position is not eligible for remote work/telework
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will:
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to source for qualified candidates on external platforms (i.e
Indeed, LinkedIn, ClearedJobs, ClearanceJobs)
• Organize and upload sourced and collected resumes from events into the internal document management system
• Register for approved in-person and virtual career fairs; enter all requests into the internal document management system, confirm registration/payment with institution, and set-up virtual booth/company profile information on a variety of platforms
• Prepare and pack swag, materials, and brochures for recruiting events, ensuring timely delivery through shipment management services
• Represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, and marketing events
• Schedule interviews, arrange interviewee travel plans, coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting materials; provide administrative support to the corporate recruiting team as requested
• Performing other tasks and services to support the organization's recruitment initiatives as required

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Each employee must read, understand, and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures, and policies pertaining to their job

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position involves work typical of office environment with no unusual hazards
There is occasional lifting to 30 pounds, constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness
The incumbent must occasionally work duty days in excess of eight hours and perform shift and weekend work to meet required schedule demands
This position may require travel
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE Associates degree in business administration or human resources and at least 1 year of job-related experience or equivalent combination of formal training and related work experience
Possess good oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications and ability to perform detail-oriented work
The incumbent must possess planning/organizing skills, be able to work under deadlines, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance and possess a valid state issued driver's license
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, HR, or Business desired
• General Boolean Sourcing knowledge (or willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (i.e
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
