Position: Battle Lab Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) Cyber, & Information Operations Planner (Active Hire, Immediate Fill) Location: Nellis AFB, NV Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Travel: 5% TTC is currently accepting applications for a Battle Lab Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Cyber, And Information Operations Planner. Selected Candidates will work within dynamic leading-edge-technology environments enabling the 805th Combat Training Squadron/Shadow Operations Center - Nellis (ShOC-N) to conduct integration, experimentation, and assessments of emerging technologies and mission procedures to meet warfighter requirements in Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) and the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), providing the USAF resilient and integrated joint C2 solutions sets. This is an on-site position located at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV. This excellent opportunity requires that the ideal candidate to be customer focused, and willing to join a winning team. Responsibilities: Provide information operations, electronic warfare, and cyber expertise for planning and executing accurate tactics and communications across military operations and exercises. Specifically, cyber operations focused with experience in some combination of defensive cyber operations (DCO), offensive cyber operations (OCO), and DoD Information Network Operations (DoDIN Ops) planning and execution, as well as experience in exercise IO-EW capability to include coordination with EXCON, exercise training audiences for IO-EW consideration and requirements.
Ensure effects of IO-EW are incorporated for database and model development for FLAG and other supported Joint and Air Force exercises.
Support Service and COCOM exercises, demonstrations, simulations, war games and related events
Provide briefings and staff level support to out brief FLAG exercise activities, to include briefing senior leaders within the DoD.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, graphics, analysis, and other documentation.
Prepare, review, edit and comment on surveys, analyses, requirements documents, and assessments. Preferred Skills & Experience:
Weapons School (WIC) graduate highly desired. Required Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Masters' degree required.
Must be a former Air Force officer (O-5 or higher) with minimum of 10 years operational electronic warfare or cyber operations and information technology experience.
Must be a former 12R (Electronic Warfare Officer) or 17X (Cyber Operations).
