Location: Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada
S2Technologies is currently sourcing for qualified candidates to join our team. We are currently looking for candidates who have training and experience performing as a Naval ISR/C2 Analyst. The qualified candidate shall perform the following tasks: Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations of service deployment certification events, or prerequisite training considered critical and mandatory prior to deployment to support a Combatant Command (CCMD). Support includes research on electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) issues, obtain relevant DOD documents, conduct studies and report the results thereof, analyze options, and develop specified documentation to assist with effectively and efficiently carrying out the JCER mission. Assist with applying scientific methods and techniques, evaluation planning, coordinating specifications related to computer software use cases and software demonstrations, operations research and systems analysis, program management expertise, and an understanding of multi-Service and Joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to address the JCER focus areas.
Experience: • Conduct tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;
• Conduct studies, perform research, report, and make recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity; and
• Work with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations.
• Expertise specializing in Navy ISR/C2; however, experience with any other service ISR/C2 platform is acceptable;
• Operational level experience with preference to candidates with higher level broadening assignments such as Joint, CCMD or Service level staff;
• Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission;
• Understanding of current service capabilities to include communication/tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations; and Education: • At least twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience in Naval ISR/C2 operations.
Certifications: • n/a Security Clearance: • United States citizen
• TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses. An Interim TS may be acceptable with approval from the JCER Director.
