Job Title: HP Digital Operator (30K Press)
Job Summary:

PLI, a leading provider in the printing and packaging industry, is seeking a skilled HP Digital Operator to join our team in Las Vegas. The successful candidate will operate the state-of-the-art HP 30K digital press, ensuring top-quality print production. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the HP 30K digital press to meet production demands while maintaining high-quality standards.


• Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.


• Monitor the quality of prints, ensuring alignment, color accuracy, and consistency.


• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and meet tight deadlines.


• Manage job orders from setup through completion, including file preparation and equipment calibration.


• Maintain accurate production records and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.


• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 2+ years of experience operating digital printing presses, preferably the HP 30K or similar digital equipment.


• Strong understanding of color management and digital printing processes.


• Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude for press maintenance.


• Familiarity with prepress software, file setup, and RIP systems(link removed)>
  
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.


• 5S or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred but not required.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a production facility with exposure to machinery, noise, and inks.


• Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and manual dexterity for press operation.


• Standard shifts with occasional overtime to meet production goals.
