Internet Sales Specialist/Contract Administrator

Valid Nevada Real Estate License Required

We are seeking a tech savvy person who can manage all incoming internet leads from the company website. In this role you will exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities. You will also generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email and mail. You will also play a key part in the organization s operation by producing monthly sales and marketing reports, conducting Divisional website maintenance and by generating a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, sources etc.

In this role you will also coordinate the homes closing schedules and upload, process and maintain all sales contracts.

Qualifications:

A minimum of an Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school or one to three years of related experience and training or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. In addition, you must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

This is a full-time, non-exempt Temp to Perm position.
