City State Zip Modality Skills Days Shift Estimated Pay Range Case/Office Notes Sparks NV 89431 RN/LPN G-Tube feeding visits Flexible, but same schedule every week; most openings M/Sa/Su or M-F evenings breakfast, afternoon/lunch, or evening; 1 hour feeding visits, multiple patients/day RN $40/visit, LPN $30/visit flat rate+mileage+drive time(min wage) between visits group homes; schedule example: 12pm-6pm is 4 feeding visits
