As a Sr Systems Integration Engineer, you will be using your skills and expertise to integrate, debug, verify, and test systems to support cutting edge Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance (ISR) sensors in an integrated, multi-sensor, environment. You'll be responsible for verifying that the integration of sensors and software meets demanding customer requirements. As a cross functional engineer, you'll perform system and component-level test of hardware, software, networked sensors in a lab environment using automated and manual tests which you create in order to verify the integrated sensors are mission capable. The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains - air, land, sea, space and cyber. Lead Integration, Verification, & Validation of Requirements for sensors within a sensor integration lab
Write procedures for testing requirements and capabilities
Support customer demonstrations on a periodic basis
Interact with other multi-disciplinary technical team members and project management teams Must-haves: Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
progressive experience working in multidisciplinary design & development teams
Experience with integration and deployment of networked sensors and the software that enables that integration
Experience with testing / debugging software, including graphical user interfaces, and documenting results in bug tracking software
Familiar with and capable of debugging computer networks, TCP/IP & UDP protocols
Familiar with LINUX computer operating systems, system commands, bash scripting, and cybersecurity
Understands requirements management, systems design, systems integration, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles
Experience creating technical documentation, test plans & procedures, and test reports and ability to execute test procedures and document results
Write test scripts to automate sensor and sensor integration tasks (python software skills)
Experience with general purpose RF test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum/network analyzers, and oscilloscopes
The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Preferred: Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
Knowledge of digital signal processing techniques as applicable to signals intelligence
A subject matter expert on Electronics Intelligence (ELINT) and Electronic Support Measure (ESM) systems and the missions they support
