Client Details

My client is a strong general contractor and custom home builder in New Hampshire. They have been around for 25+ years and complete upwards of $35M annually, between their two divisions. On the residential side, they complete 3-5 homes a year, averaging $3.5M each, but are continuing to grow and take on larger projects. Most of their projects are homes surrounding the beautiful lakes in New Hampshire. On the commercial side they complete commercial and public projects. Their average tenure is about 15 years. They have a focus on keeping their employees happy and have a family like culture.

Description

  • Leading custom residential projects from start through completion
  • Managing deadlines and making sure timelines are met
  • Coordinating with necessary project team members
  • Positive client feedback/satisfaction
  • Building relationships with internal/external parties

Profile

  • 8+ years of Residential Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling
  • Ability to organize, think ahead, plan, and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship building & managing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer savy-ness (expereince with Revit + Bluebeam is preferred)
