Description

  • Lead and oversee the Product Engineering and Drafting Departments.
  • Take ownership of both new and existing product designs.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and meet the highest quality standards, delivering error-free shop drawings and design packages.
  • Direct departmental activities to support other teams, design new products, modify existing designs, and manage product improvements through effective revision tracking and trace-ability.
  • Communicate project requirements and provide guidance on design modifications to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or a combination of education and experience.

Experience with building materials, curtain walls, storefronts, windows, composites, or sandwich panels is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in an engineering leadership role.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven problem-solving, project management, scheduling, and decision-making abilities.

Job Offer
