Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through proactive outreach, walk-ins, and referrals.

  • Build relationships with prospective and current members to understand their fitness needs and encourage long-term memberships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the gym.
  • Participate in local community events and partner promotions to boost membership sales.
