Description

As a Quality Manager, your day-to-day duties will include addressing customer concerns and ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements. You will respond to quality events on the shop floor, manage corrective actions, and ensure readiness for customer and industry assessments while maintaining critical industry certifications such as AS9100. The Quality Manager will collaborate closely with all areas of the organization to enhance both internal and external quality performance, fostering a culture of excellence throughout the company.



Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
  • Extensive experience in quality management or continuous improvement within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with a successful track record of motivating and guiding teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality management tools, including APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, Statistical Process Control, Lean Six Sigma, and auditing practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100 and AS13100 standards is highly desirable.
