Job Description:
Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team in our Basking Ridge Location. This location opened in September 2006 as MSK's first stand-alone outpatient facility in New Jersey. We provide the same outstanding cancer care as the New York City locations, in a state-of-the-art outpatient facility. We provide multiple services in a convenient location for our New Jersey patients.

Role Overview:
Serve as the go-to person for all site inquiries and connect teammates to the appropriate resources
Manage all event planning across the site such as Staff Appreciation Week, facility requests, and employee engagement activities
Collaborate with HR and other administrative counterparts to coordinate site-specific needs
Provide administrative support for site leadership including calendar management & high-level meeting coordination
Coordinate and participate in meetings for the site, creating/editing presentations, providing technical support, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items
Work collaboratively with site leadership to meet shared objectives and goals by providing administrative support and participation in site-based projects and initiatives
Key Qualifications:
Experienced, upbeat, and can think critically and function with limited oversight
Good decision-making skills, with an understanding of when to escalate situations appropriately
Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable using technology and able to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
Proactive and willing to take action and eager to adopt new opportunities and tough challenges with high energy, and passion
A critical problem-solver who is resourceful with excellent organizational skills
Core Skills:
Strong Outlook calendar management skills and experience in using Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently under minimal direction
Additional Information:
Location: MSK Basking Ridge
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite required)
Pay Range: $25.65 - $38.42/hour
