Company Overview and Role Summary

Seeking a skilled Operations Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing executive marketing requests, vendor relationships, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Operations Associate Responsibilities

Manage and evolve action log and status updates to drive closure on executive marketing requests

Oversee vendor management for all scope of work projects, including monthly, quarterly, and annual budget management

Create and process Scopes of Work for campaigns and new operational programs, overseeing CIDs and invoice processing

Provide Executive Leadership Meeting support, including prioritization, preparation, and curation of meeting materials

Support weekly and monthly documentation/reporting

Track milestones of work processes for specific projects and initiatives

Manage marketing campaign tracking with ROI measures, creating monthly leadership readouts

Reconcile and maintain expense reports, supporting contractual payments to content vendors

Additional Administrative Support

Manage schedules and appointment calendars, maintaining sensitivity to changing priorities

Coordinate with Executive Assistants on Executive schedules

Perform ad hoc project-related duties as requested

Support team culture and engagement activities (e.g., volunteer activities, team builders)

Operations Associate Qualifications

Required Skills

Strong ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels

Commitment to ensuring security and confidentiality of sensitive information

Robust project management skills with ability to prioritize and maintain critical deadlines

Positive, optimistic attitude with strong proactive initiative

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Strong verbal communication and polished written skills

Proficiency in Google Workspace

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience

6+ years of relevant work experience (3-5 years targeted)

Work Schedule

Standard 9-5, Monday-Friday

Hybrid role with defined work location, including work from home and assigned office days set by the manager
