Job description

Our locally recognized end client is in need of an Operations Specialist at their Bridgewater, NJ location for a 6+ Month CONTRACT opportunity. This position requires the ability to work ONSITE 40+ hours, first shift, Monday through Friday, and pays a RANGE of $20-24/hr.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting the Senior Manager with general clerical and administrative tasks using MS Excel and Word including data entry, generating reports, procurement, and tasks as assigned.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • High school diploma or equivalency REQUIRED; Associates level degree in business or related field of study PREFERRED
  • Excellent customer service REQUIRED
  • Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc.) REQUIRED
