We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to support the efficient management and execution of construction projects. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day operations on construction sites.
  • Oversee punchlist & closeout
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets, providing updates and reports to senior management.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, resolving any conflicts or challenges that arise.

Profile

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management or a related field are preferred.
