Reporting to our Executive Administrator, this position will assist in writing invoices for large company contracts, check for accuracy and send to client in an efficient and timely fashion. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Managing databases and payment systems
  • Verifying client information
  • Listing down the due amount and itemized account of goods and services
  • Charging accurate tax
  • Deducting discounts
  • Creating invoice packages with supporting back up documentation, such as vendor bills, manifests, and spill reports.
  • efficient filing and electronic filing
  • Branch invoicing support
  • Open Invoice reports with detailed notes.
  • May assists with other administrative activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent time management and proven to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills with multiple programs such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, Email, Adobe etc.
  • Prefer environmental services experience.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Good attitude and be a team player.
