Job Number 679703BR Description:Step into an exciting role as a Security Professional, where you will be at the forefront of protecting and controlling classified materials, documents, hardware, and media. As a Document Control Specialist and Alternate Special Security Officer (ACSSO), you will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring the safety and security of our classified spaces and information.
Your responsibilities will include managing and tracking unclassified media, controlling hardware and administering the SCI Nomination process. You will also process and track foreign travel requests and handle the external transferring of classified materials.
But that's not all! You will also be responsible for controlling badge access to the facility and secure areas, providing assistance with the operation of classified containers, and change combinations. Additionally, you will conduct self-inspections and prepare for customer inspections, as well as provide security escorting for un-cleared personnel, facilities, and maintenance contractors.
This role also includes the opportunity to assist in the development and implementation of security training programs related to classified document control, as well as handling additional duties as assigned. If you're willing to travel, this role offers even more exciting opportunities.

- Experience providing oversight in Control and Documentation of classified materials along with preparation and shipment of classified materials.
- Current Secret Clearance, must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Candidate must be a self-driven and results oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

- Previous SAP experience & knowledge of DoD 5205.07 (Vols. 1-4)
- Previous experience & knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
- Experience with Special Access Program materials, Shipping and Receiving processes and procedures and Control and Documentation of classified materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
