Job Summary

The Advisor Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our advisor teams. As our advisor base has grown tremendously, this position is essential to ensure smooth operations and efficient support for our advisors. The ideal candidate will assist with various operational tasks, provide exceptional support to advisors, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist advisors with operational questions, escalating as needed.
  • Portfolio system data entry and review.
  • Assisting advisors with custodial relationships.
  • Assist with branch & advisor registrations.
  • Miscellaneous projects.
Primary Skills & Requirements
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with advisors and team members.
  • Detail-oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and review tasks.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Capable of identifying issues and providing solutions or escalating as necessary.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Knowledge of financial services: Familiarity with financial services and custodial relationships is preferred.
  • Team player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
