A restorative aide typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Provide restorative nursing services to residents under the guidance of the Physical Therapy Department in order to maintain their increased level of function
Providing support to patients by monitoring their behavior and communicating updates with the Nursing Team
Performing clerical tasks such as maintaining patient charts and documenting resident progress
Other duties as needed
