Technical/Functional Skills

7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting role

3+ full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations

Certification in at least 2+ SuccessFactors Modules, with certification in Employee Central (EC) a being required.

Strong cross functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system with special focus on Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and/or Payroll

Experience Required 10 to 13+ years

Roles & Responsibilities Build strong, trusted relationships at every level of the customer organization, driving customer and project success and increased business opportunities.

Work with customers to build and realize their HXM transformation strategy and plans

Coach and guide customers around SAP centric HXM architecture.

Provide solutions as per customer requirements, adhering to SuccessFactors best practice processes and project scope.

Liaison with onshore & offshore teams for project delivery, bridging the gap for knowledge and time zone differences.

Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients for future engagements. Prepare and deliver value based HXM solution demonstrations/presentations in support of new opportunities.

Assist with RFP and RFI completion to support customer proposals as needed.

Engage customers through innovative workshops, events and communications

Generic Managerial Skills Good knowledge about integrations, should be able to provide the required specifications to integration teams.

Analytical, results driven and have a solution-oriented approach with customers

Superior communication skills, both verbal, written and listening.

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, multi-task, work in a diverse team environment as well as work independently, and to understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
