As a Manager of Logistics Operations Excellence, you will play a key role in driving improvements and change in the logistics operation across all distribution centers. You will define, drive, and launch strategic initiatives across our fulfillment centers and supply chain, focusing on improving efficiencies and delivering customer-centric solutions, and work closely with the Director of Logistics.

Responsibilities:
+ Work with Director of Logistics to compile and analyze operational data
+ Assess and map current state processes and systems to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to streamline and optimize.
+ Identify root cause of recurring errors and propose/implement corrective and preventative measures.
+ Consult with local operations teams to understand current challenges, pain points and areas of opportunity.
+ Work with Director of Logistics to develop strategies and long-term solutions that address operational challenges and drive change.
+ Prepare project proposals, business cases, and presentation materials summarizing business impact and outlining justification and ROI to obtain approval for operational improvement initiatives.
+ Support large scale logistics initiatives by gathering and summarizing relevant operational and financial data
+ Compile and maintain KPI metrics and performance scorecards
+ Collaborate with the logistics team to implement best practice across all distribution centers
+ Prepare project and implementation timelines and serve as PM on Logistics projects ensuring deliverables and action items are completed on time and within approved budget.
+ Measure and report on effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Bachelors degree with 5+ years of Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain related experience.
+ Demonstrated experience with large scale business initiatives and project implementations
+ Experience using WMS, TMS, ERP software (Experience with Oracle ERP and FreightPop TMS a plus.)
+ Experience working with large amounts of data
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
+ Proficient with MS PowerPoint
+ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
+ Comfortable and able to interact with and present to all levels of management.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Entrepreneurial problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
+ Willing and able to travel as needed to support project initiatives and go-live events.
