Job description

Louis Napolitano, DMD is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and friendly Associate Dentist to join our busy practice in Jackson, NJ part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. The ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Our model empowers clinicians to grow and develop their skills by providing educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years' working experience.

Fee-for-service and PPO
Fully digital, upgraded technology including 3D imaging
Specialty work done in office: Oral Surgery, Endo & Implants
Active patient base: 2,187
Average 25-30 new patients per month
Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday

Compensation

Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
CE allowance
401(k) eligibility
Malpractice insurance

Education and Experience

Dental school graduate, GPR/AEGD preferred
2-4 years of clinical experience
Active dental license in state where direct clinical care is performed
