Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and productive Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate possesses previous administrative support experience, confidence in complex logistics, and can work well under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be flexible, reliable, able to work independently, and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements including developing itineraries and agendas

Manage, track and organize expense reports, invoices and budget

Assist in all aspects of coordination for senior-level internal/external meetings which includes scheduling, set-up, meeting materials, catering orders and greeting guests

Answer calls and provide accurate and detailed messages

Manage miscellaneous tasks, projects, requests, and events as they arise

Maintain strict confidentiality in all business and personnel matters

You'll need to have
5+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or coordination role

Expertise at managing logistics, meeting deadlines, and navigating competing priorities

Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships easily

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional fashion

Proficient in Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Concur experience strongly preferred

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $110,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
