Overview

The Warehouse Specialist will be a proactive, highly motivated individual ready to work effectively within a fast paced team environment. Responsible for various tasks supporting warehouse operations including consumption, returns and maintaining accurate inventory.



Responsibilities

Maintain compliant and efficient daily operations of the Warehouse.
Verify and execute consumption of materials used in manufacturing.
Process inventory returns and work cross functionally to resolve discrepancies as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and inventory locations.
Conduct regular cycle counts through ERP system.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, resolve and document.
Assist during scheduled client inventory counts and audits.
Provide input on inventory level inquires.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
Perform several tasks simultaneously and be flexible to changing priorities. Must be able to organize and prioritize work in order to accomplish tasks assigned.
Provide hands-on training for warehouse team members (including but not limited to on-boarding, processes and equipment qualification).
Assist with shipping, receiving, staging, component / sample requests and investigations.
Provide direction to the forklift operators and task them out as needed.
Be compliant with SOPs and GMPs.
Maintain warehouse safety, organization, and compliance.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



Qualifications

High School diploma or GED and 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and experience in a regulated environment preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in ERP system. Must have excellent teamwork and organizational skills. Possess professional attitude, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
