Job description

The full-service Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. This individual will be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.

Responsibilities:

Full-service concierge-style accounting and production of financial reports.

Manage all aspects of business and personal accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Oversee the entire AP/AR process, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.

Produce comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, tailored to client needs.

Control and monitor cash flows for both personal and business accounts, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.

Collaborate with clients to understand their unique financial requirements, providing customized solutions and coordinating additional services as needed.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, preferred

Certification in bookkeeping or accounting, preferred

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Experience with CCH preferred

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
