Job Title: Project Manage

Location(s): Livingston, NJ

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Overseeing the day-to-day operational activities related to project management.

Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

Project Planning and Coordination:

Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and cross-functional communications.

Supporting project managers in coordinating with points of contact (POCs) to ensure that project milestones are met.

Client Engagement:

Serving as a primary point of contact for assigned market.

Conducting regular follow-ups and meetings to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Issue Resolution:

Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to mitigate risks and ensure projects stay on track.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and according to contract terms.
