Job description

Miller Transportation Group is hiring a full-time employee to join our team as a License and Compliance Administrator. This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Lumberton, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Commercial registration and titling for new and used vehicles across multiple states

Check writing

Making Journal Entries

Working with Lease/Rental Customers to receive and maintain insurance on Miller owned vehicles

Filing and Scanning (as an example: 2290 filing for Federal Highway Use Taxes)

Data entry

Requirements

Qualities:

Good organization and follow up skills

Attention to Detail and Accuracy

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to work productively and positively as part of a team
