Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-time, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM & 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM shifts

Location: Skilled Nursing Community

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a part-time basis for the 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM shifts at our 66 bed skilled nursing community. The LPNs will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

- Monitor residents' health status and respond to changes in condition

- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Provide emotional support and assistance with activities of daily living for residents

- Document and maintain accurate medical records and reports

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

- Handle emergencies and critical incidents as needed

Qualifications:

- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey

- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
