Behavior Technician (RBT) In Home - Daytime Hours

Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part-time registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with young client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy. Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
  • Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
  • Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
  • Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
  • Experience working with young children (preferred)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Required)

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
