Overview:
The Associate Manager, Marketing Programs and Promotions is part of a team that is responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of Sharp's internal and customer focused sales programs and promotions for both Channel and direct sales. This position will be responsible for supporting the Associate Director of Programs and Promotions by helping to increase company revenue, market share growth and sales rep mindshare by supporting the creation of new innovative programs and promotions while improving existing programs and promotions.
Responsibilities:
Supports the creation, implementation and management of Sharp programs and promotions for both Channel and direct sales.
Collaborates with sales, business process and other internal departments to create new Channel and direct programs designed to increase revenue and sales rep mindshare.
Supports the day-to-day program activities including reporting, analysis, and answering questions from the field.
Analyzes and monitors existing programs and promotions to determine success and makes recommendations for updates or modifications.
Supports in the creation of ROI analysis for all programs and promotions.
Working with the Marketing team, supports the creation and communication of new programs & promotions launches to sales and internal departments.
Participates and supports programs and promotions meetings and presentations.
Manages calendar of program and promotions activities and ensures tasks/deadlines, and SLAs are met.
Assists in the development of all programs and promotions materials including websites, email, collateral, customer facing documents, and presentations.
Supports necessary programs and promotions training, and execution between sales and all other stakeholders.
Oversees the engagement and management and third-party vendor activity.
Works with sales and other 3rd parties to gather competitive program data to develop a thorough competitive landscape that influences program promotions design and success.
Assists in managing budgets for programs and promotions and is accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Manages projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 experience working in a marketing/programs & promotions environment for a fast-paced business to business sales organization.
Print and office technology industry experience and product knowledge highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar field of study.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP) and B2B software and systems
Advanced Excel skills preferred.
Knowledge of Sales Rewards programs and systems preferred.
Works well under time constraints and pressure situations, in an organized, efficient manner.
Demonstrated attention to detail and leadership skills alongside prioritization.

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $63,000-$95,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
