Leads the RMS Moorestown Product Quality Assurance (PQA) organization reporting to the IWSS Production Operations Quality Senior Manager. Primary responsibilities include Product QA oversight, support of Production of various IWSS programs, providing functional support for analysis of quality data to drive overall process quality improvements, facilitation of root cause analysis, driving containment activities, performing process audits and mentoring the current Quality team. In addition, the Quality Manager will provide Quality resources for supporting proposals, contract reviews, production start-up support, development, transition to production, production, Integration & Test, and life-cycle support. This position will require a detailed understanding of quality tasks as they pertain to production hardware, systems, suppliers/subcontractors, inspections, and customer support. Interface with other functions and key stakeholders/customers including Production Operations, Program Management, Engineering, and DCMA. The candidate will provide leadership to the Product Quality team (approximately 45 individuals) at the Moorestown site which includes First-Line Managers, Non-Represented and Represented Quality Engineers, and Represented Inspectors.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to interface with functional leadership, internal and external customers. Strong communication skills including the ability to interface effectively with functional leadership on strategic and tactical issues affecting the quality of product. Experienced leader in various Quality, Operations, and/or Program Management positions with increasing responsibility. Knowledge of DOD contract requirements. Demonstrated track record of working with multiple customers and forming strong internal/external customer relationships. Ability to balance teaming and flexibility while maintaining independence and ensuring process adherence. Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills. Experience building a strong team of direct and matrixed employees. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and drive change. Strong working knowledge of problem solving/root cause analysis and process management. Ability to gain/maintain a Clearance
Desired Skills:
Experience in implementing and maintaining AS9100-certified Quality Management Systems Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Tools Experience in Auditing and/or AS9100 Lead Auditor Trained Knowledge of SAP and P2P Experience using Tableau Experience leading represented employees Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, set priorities, and provide succinct direction in a dynamic business environment. Ability to drive the foundation for business and program performance. Ability to think and act strategically. Ability to give, receive, and act on critical feedback. Ability to form creative partnerships to improve execution and competitive performance.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
