Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leaders two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
Be a friendly, encouraging team player
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Count drawers and finalize the day
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Qualification

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work well in a team
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
