Responsibilities / Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our global finance team and serve as a Senior Analyst within our FP&A function. The Sr. Analyst of FP&A will play a critical role in the buildout and maturation of the FP&A function of the organization. This role will assist in the build out, maintenance, and support of the company's reporting to internal and external stakeholder, management reporting decks, control reports and ad hoc analysis. The Senior FP&A Analyst will partner with stakeholders in helping the reporting and FP&A function assist the organization in meeting its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities and Remit:

Build, consolidate and draft regular monthly and quarterly reporting for various business units and total company results.

Analyze current/past financial data and performance, prepare reports, financial projections, and other analysis of operational results.

Support preparation of annual budget & and rolling forecast for company including analyzing monthly results and reporting of actual results versus budget/forecast.

Support preparation of monthly reporting packages including in depth analysis of SG&A and strategic investments.

Create, maintain, and improve financial models & reports.

Partner with finance business partners and group finance directors in support of finance and organizational goals and objectives.

Assist in the preparation of the presentations for the senior leadership team.

Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis for cross-functional teams and management as requested.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3-6 years of Accounting/ Finance experience, preferably in business support roles or FP&A.

Experience in professional services organization, preferably in the life science space

Strong Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint skills

Bachelor's degree in related area required.

Experience working in matrixed environment and within multifunctional teams.

Experience in financial management

Strong knowledge of financial concepts, financial planning, and analysis

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in using financial software systems and tools, preferable experience with NetSuite.

Exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal skill
